<International circulation>  : What are you currently working on?

Mieres:We are currently working on the ISCHEMIA trial which is actually looking at women and men.  It is the follow-up to COURAGE and COURAGE 2 trials.  Dr. Judith Hoffman， with Dr. van Walraven， is spearheading that study to see who should go to optical medical management in patients with large area of ischemia – more than 10% of ischemic myocardium， and who would benefit from revascularization.
